A FRONTAL BOUNDARY WILL CONTINUE TO SLIDE SOUTHWARD INTO THE REGION
TONIGHT. SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE ALONG THE
INTERSTATE 80 CORRIDOR TONIGHT AND THEN AGAIN SATURDAY. THERE WILL BE
A CONTINUED SLIGHT RISK OF STORMS BOTH PERIODS.

HOT TEMPERATURES WILL CONTINUE INTO THIS EVENING...WITH HEAT
ADVISORIES IN EFFECT FOR PORTIONS OF SOUTHEAST NEBRASKA...WESTERN
IOWA...KANSAS AND MISSOURI. OVERNIGHT LOWS WILL DROP INTO THE UPPER
60S TO LOWER 70S. SLIGHTLY COOLER TEMPERATURES ARE FORECAST FOR
SATURDAY WITH HIGHS IN THE MID TO UPPER 80S...AND MID 90S FOR PORTIONS
OF KANSAS AND MISSOURI.
