The air mass spreading in from the North will bring dry conditions
to the region through Monday, along with decreasing cloudiness.  On
Tuesday drizzle will develop over parts of Iowa into eastern
Nebraska, as well as over eastern Minnesota.

Highs temperatures this afternoon, in the 40s to low 50s, save for
mid 20s northeast North Dakota.  Lows tonight, mostly in the 30s,
save for mainly 20s across the Dakotas and Minnesota.
