GUSTY NORTHWEST WINDS WILL CONTINUE THROUGH TODAY...WITH SPEEDS
AROUND 20 TO 30 MPH AND GUSTS OF 35 TO 45 MPH ACROSS MOST OF THE
AREA.  WIND SPEEDS WILL FINALLY START TO SLACKEN AROUND
SUNSET...WITH WINDS DECREASING TO AROUND 10 TO 15 MPH BY LATE
TONIGHT.  SCATTERED SNOW SHOWERS MAY CONTINUE AROUND THE AREA
THROUGH THE MORNING HOURS.  SNOW ACCUMULATION SHOULD REMAIN
LIGHT...AT A DUSTING UP TO AN INCH...BUT THE GUSTY WINDS WILL CAUSE
BLOWING SNOW AND SOME REDUCED VISIBILITIES IN THE SNOW SHOWERS.
CHANCES FOR SNOW WILL END THIS AFTERNOON...WITH PARTLY CLOUDY SKIES
CONTINUING THROUGH TONIGHT.

TEMPERATURES TODAY WILL RISE LITTLE...WITH READINGS IN THE UPPER 20S
TO LOWER 30S.  TONIGHT...LOW TEMPERATURES WILL RANGE FROM THE LOWER
TEENS IN WESTERN IOWA TO AROUND 20 DEGREES IN CENTRAL NEBRASKA.
