AN AREA OF LOW PRESSURE OVER SOUTHERN MINNESOTA IS EXPECTED TO TRACK
EASTWARD INTO SOUTHERN WISCONSIN BY EVENING...WHILE WEAK HIGH
PRESSURE BUILDS OVER EASTERN NEBRASKA AND WESTERN IOWA. THE MAIN
AREAS THAT WILL SEE PRECIPITATION THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING ARE
MINNESOTA...NORTH DAKOTA AND NORTHERN SOUTH DAKOTA.  A LOW PRESSURE
SYSTEM WILL START TO INTENSIFY OVER EASTERN COLORADO TONIGHT AND
TUESDAY. SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED ACROSS MUCH OF THE
REGION FROM KANSAS INTO SOUTH DAKOTA...AND ACROSS MISSOURI. SOME
STORMS WILL BE SEVERE...WITH THE HIGHEST CHANCES FROM TEXAS
NORTHWARD THROUGH EASTERN KANSAS.

HIGH TEMPERATURES THIS AFTERNOON...35 TO 45 NORTH DAKOTA AND
NORTHERN MINNESOTA TO AROUND 80 SOUTHERN KANSAS. LOWS TONIGHT IN THE
30S ACROSS THE DAKOTAS AND NORTHERN MINNESOTA...TO THE MID 60S IN
SOUTHERN MISSOURI AND SOUTHEAST KANSAS.  FOR EASTERN NEBRASKA AND
WESTERN IOWA...HIGHS MID 60S TO MID 70S...AND LOWS MID 40S TO LOWER
