Weather Summary for Eastern Nebraska and Southwest Iowa

A slow moving cold front extending from northern Illinois down
into the Texas panhandle should continue to push slowly southeast
today. Showers and scattered thunderstorms will be possible along
and north of this front...possibly as far north as southeast
Nebraska and parts of southwest Iowa. The highest chances are
expected over Kansas and Missouri today and tonight. Thunderstorm
chances are forecast to increase over all of eastern Nebraska and
western Iowa for Friday into Friday night.

High temperatures today across the central plains should be mostly
in the 70s to mid 80s. Lows tonight will be in the 50s to mid 60s.
