EVENING.  SOME PATCHY FOG MAY DEVELOP THURSDAY MORNING AS SURFACE
HIGH PRESSURE BUILDS IN.  FROST IS POSSIBLE OVER PARTS OF CENTRAL
NEBRASKA AS TEMPERATURES DIP INTO THE MID 30S.

THURSDAY SHOULD BE A MUCH NICER DAY WITH MORE SUNSHINE...LIGHT WINDS
AND WARMER TEMPERATURES.

LOWS TONIGHT SHOULD RANGE FROM THE MID AND UPPER 30S TO LOWER 40S.
HIGH TEMPERATURES THURSDAY WILL TOP OUT IN THE 60S TO LOWER 70S.
