BEGIN TO SLOWLY DRIFT INLAND AND TOWARD US AS THE WEEK WEARS ON.

SCATTERED SHOWERS AND STORMS. THURSDAY AND FRIDAY IN PARTICULAR
WILL SEE A WETTER THAN USUAL FORECAST. EXPECTED RAINFALL THROUGH
FRIDAY WILL MEASURE 1 TO 3 INCHES ON AVERAGE. LOCALLY HIGHER
TOTALS TO 4 OR 5 INCHES ARE POSSIBLE FURTHER TO THE WEST...MAINLY
ACROSS WESTERN REACHES OF SOUTHEAST MISSOURI AND SOUTHERN
ILLINOIS...CLOSER TO THE TRACK OF BILL AS IT LIFTS ACROSS SOUTH
CENTRAL PARTS OF MISSOURI AND ILLINOIS.

THESE POTENTIAL LOCALLY HEAVY RAINS MAY CAUSE SOME FLOODING OF
