This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of southern
Illinois, southwest Indiana, western Kentucky, and southeast

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday

A chance of thunderstorms is forecast across southeast Missouri
and southern Illinois Wednesday afternoon and throughout the
entire region Wednesday night. Severe storms with large hail and
damaging winds will be possible late Wednesday afternoon and
Wednesday night, especially across southeast Missouri, southern
Illinois, and far western Kentucky. Lightning and locally heavy
rain will also accompany thunderstorm activity.

The chance of thunderstorms returns to the forecast Friday
through Sunday. A few strong to possibly severe storms cannot be
ruled out. Locally heavy rain may also occur.


Spotter activation may be needed late Wednesday afternoon across
southeast Missouri and throughout the region Wednesday night.
