The latest regional radar loop indicated the rain was exiting the
heartland to the east. The latest surface analysis and
observations indicated the front exiting the region to the east
with rain. Temperatures were in the 50s as winds turned westerly
in the fronts wake. The infra red satellite loop indicated skies
were mostly clear over Missouri and Southern Illinois and should
decrease over Western Kentucky and Southwest Indiana as we
progress through the day.

Otherwise high pressure will start building into the region today
bringing much drier air to the heartland with a warming trend. The
next storm system will move into the area Tuesday into Wednesday
of next week.
