Today was another chilly, cloudy day across the Quad State area.
Morning lows were in the low to middle 50s, and intermittent light
showers lingered. Temperatures at 2 PM ranged from 54 in
southern Illinois to 64 in southeast Missouri.

The strong upper level low responsible for the damp weather will
meander out of the Ohio River Valley tonight and tomorrow. Following
the low, high pressure will bring welcome sunshine and crisp, dry
conditions through the weekend. High temperatures will be in
the 60s, with a brief warm up into the middle 70s on Friday. Low
temperatures will be in the 40s.
