WEATHER SUMMARY
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE PADUCAH KY
300 AM CDT Thu Sep 11 2014

Regional radar loop detected a few thunderstorms and rainshowers
lingering mainly over West Kentucky early this morning. Surface
observations indicated the cold front was through most of the area
as north winds where prevalent over most of the area expect for
Kentucky where the front was slowly drifting south into Tennessee.
Storm reports indicated rainfall totals averaged from one to two
inches northwest of the Ohio River and a half to inch south of the
aforementioned river.

The front will slowly exit the area today with a few showers or
sprinkles in its wake. Otherwise...expect much cooler and drier air
to persist well into next week as high pressure dominates the
weather pattern. In contrast an upper level disturbance will pass
overhead bringing little more than extra clouds to the area but a
sprinkle can not be ruled out.
