At early morning scattered showers and thunderstorms were noted
generally west of a line from Evansville Indiana to Murray
Kentucky. Temperatures ranged from the lower to mid 60s and winds
were out of the southeast to south at 5 to 10 mph.

Summer like weather will be the rule for the holiday weekend and
through much of next week. Afternoon highs will top out in the
lower to middle 80s, lows will bottom out in the lower to middle
60s, and relative humidity values will increase. Along with it
comes a daily chance of showers and thunderstorms. Rain may be
heavy at times.
