* UNTIL 745 PM CDT

* AT 637 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATES INDICATES THAT 2 TO 4
  INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN OVER LAST TWO HOURS WITH AN ADDITIONAL
  INCH POSSIBLE IN SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS. THIS WILL LIKELY CAUSE
  MINOR FLOODING IN THE ADVISORY AREA.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
  EL CAMPO...WHARTON AND PIERCE.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...COUNTRY ROADS...FARMLAND...AND OTHER LOW LYING
SPOTS.
