The National Weather Service in Miami has extended the

* Flood Advisory for...
  Northeastern Palm Beach County in southeastern Florida...

* Until 1145 AM EST

* At 736 AM EST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause
  minor flooding in the advisory area. Up to three inches of rain
  have already fallen in some locations, with locally higher amounts
  to near 5 inches possible.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  West Palm Beach, Boynton Beach, Wellington, Jupiter, The
  Acreage, Royal Palm Beach and Palm Beach Gardens.

Additional rainfall of one to two inches is expected over the area.
This additional rain will result in minor flooding.


Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as
well as other drainage areas and low lying spots.
