This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for northwestern Connecticut,
western Massachusetts, east central New York, eastern New York and
southern Vermont.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

There is a slight chance or chance of non severe thunderstorms ahead
of a warm front.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday.

There is a Marginal Risk of severe thunderstorms Friday into Friday
night, mainly during the afternoon and evening. At this time, it
appears the primary threat will be damaging wind gusts.

In addition, thunderstorms will be capable of producing locally very
heavy rainfall Friday into Friday night. This could lead to flooding
of urban and or poor drainage areas and isolated flash flooding as
well. If conditions become more certain, a flash flood watch would
be issued.


Spotter activation is not expected at this time.
