A FLASH FLOOD WATCH IS IN EFFECT THROUGH NOON. A BAND OF SHOWERS
AND THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE GULF OF MEXICO WILL CONTINUE TO PIVOT
INTO SOUTHEAST TEXAS. THIS WILL BRING A BAND OF SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS OVER COASTAL COMMUNITIES THROUGH THE MORNING.
RAINFALL IS EXPECTED TO AVERAGE 1 TO 3 INCHES WITH ISOLATED
HIGHER TOTALS. IF A HEAVIER BAND OF SHOWERS CAN SET UP...LOCALLY
HIGHER RAINFALL TOTALS AND FLASH FLOODING WILL BE POSSIBLE.
