THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF SOUTHEAST TEXAS.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

THE COMBINATION OF ABUNDANT MOISTURE AND TEMPERATURES IN THE MID
90S WILL ALLOW HEAT INDEX VALUES TO REACH 100-103 DEGREES ACROSS
SOUTHEAST TEXAS THIS AFTERNOON. A FEW SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS
ARE POSSIBLE AS A FRONTAL BOUNDARY REMAINS STALLED JUST TO THE
NORTH OF OUR REGION.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY

NUMEROUS SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED THURSDAY
AFTERNOON THROUGH FRIDAY MORNING AS AN UPPER DISTURBANCE MOVES
INTO THE REGION AND PUSHES THE FRONT OFFSHORE. A SLIGHT CHANCE FOR
THUNDERSTORMS WILL REMAIN EACH AFTERNOON THROUGH THE
WEEKEND...PARTICULARLY ALONG THE COAST.
