ISOLATED SHOWERS HAVE FORMED OVER THE HILLS NORTH AND EAST OF
FAIRBANKS. THE SHOWERS WILL FALL AS SNOW ABOVE 1000 FT IN THE
HILLS AND AS RAIN IN THE VALLEYS. ONLY TRACE AMOUNTS OF
PRECIPITATION IS EXPECTED. THE SHOWERS WILL DISSIPATE BETWEEN 8
AND 9 PM.
