Through 5 pm...Isolated showers and thunderstorms will continue to
develop across portions of the Ranchlands, Brush Country, and the
Rio Grande Valley. Rainfall amounts of one quarter to one half of
an inch, with locally higher amounts, are possible in the
heaviest downpours. Occasional cloud to ground lightning can be
expected with thunderstorm, along with gusty winds.
