EXTENDING EAST OUT TO ROUGHLY 40 NAUTICAL MILES. IN ADDITION TO
THE RAINFALL...AREAS OF FOG MAY DEVELOP AT TIMES WITH VISIBILITIES
BEING REDUCED TO LESS THAN 3 NAUTICAL MILES.
