ISOLATED TO SCATTERED STORMS ARE CONTINUING TO DEVELOP OVER
PORTIONS EASTERN SIERRA AND OTERO COUNTIES.  MOVEMENT WAS TO THE
NORTH AT 5 TO 10 MPH. FURTHER DEVELOPMENT OF SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS IS EXPECTED OVER THE NEXT FEW HOURS. THE MAIN THREAT
FROM THESE STORMS WILL BE PERIODS OF MODERATE TO HEAVY
RAINFALL...LOCALIZED LOW AREA FLOODING...SMALL HAIL...FREQUENT
LIGHTNING AND WIND GUSTS UP TO 45 MPH.
