ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS HAVE DEVELOPED...MAINLY OVER THE HIGHER
TERRAIN OF THE BLACK MOUNTAINS. THE MAIN THREAT FROM THESE STORMS
WILL BE STRONG OUTFLOW WINDS OF 40 TO 50 MPH. ALSO THESE STORMS
MAY PRODUCE BRIEF HEAVY RAIN...SMALL HAIL AND DEADLY LIGHTNING.
THESE STORMS ARE DRIFTING SLOWLY TO THE EAST AT 10 MPH AND WILL
CONTINUE OFF AND ON FOR THE REST OF THE AFTERNOON INTO THE EARLY
EVENING HOURS.
