SPOKANE AND IN THE UPPER COLUMBIA BASIN AN PORTIONS OF THE PALOUSE
THROUGH THE REMAINDER OF THE MORNING. PRIMARY AREAS OF CONCERN
WILL BE ALONG HIGHWAY 2 FROM DAVENPORT TO SPOKANE...ALONG
INTERSTATE 90 BETWEEN RITZVILLE AND SPOKANE AND ALONG HIGHWAY 195
NEAR PULLMAN. FOG WILL BECOME DENSE AT TIMES WITH VISIBILITY DOWN
TO ONE QUARTER MILE. MORNING COMMUTERS SHOULD USE LOW BEAM
HEADLIGHTS AND REDUCE SPEEDS WHEN TRAVELING IN FOGGY CONDITIONS.
