.NOW...
A broken line of showers and thunderstorms, extending from north
of Quitman Texas to near Shreveport, southeastward to
Natchitoches and Dry Prong Louisiana, will continue to move slowly
south across the area. Very heavy rainfall of one half to over one
inch, may fall in a short period of time, resulting in possible
high water on some roadways. A few locations could receive over
two inches in torrential downpours. Very frequent deadly lighting
and brief gusty winds may occur in a few storms.
