SHOWERS AND STORMS GRADUALLY PUSHED EAST AND NORTHEAST OUT OF THE
AREA OVERNIGHT. IN THE WAKE OF THE RAIN...EXTENSIVE LOW CLOUDS AND
SOME DRIZZLE WAS IN PLACE ACROSS CENTRAL AND EASTERN KANSAS. EARLY
MORNING TEMPERATURES RANGED FROM THE MID 40S OVER NORTH CENTRAL
KANSAS...TO THE LOW 60S OVER THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE SUNFLOWER
STATE. NORMAL LOWS FOR THIS TIME OF YEAR ARE NEAR THE 50 DEGREE
MARK.

DEEP UPPER LOW IS EXPECTED TO LIFT VERY SLOWLY OVER NORTHERN
KANSAS AND SOUTHERN NEBRASKA TODAY INTO THE OVERNIGHT HOURS. THIS
FEATURE WILL BRING WIDESPREAD SHOWERS TO THE EASTERN HALF OF
NEBRASKA ALONG WITH IOWA WITH MORE SCATTERED SHOWERS OVER
NORTHERN KANSAS. SNOW WILL BE POSSIBLE OVER THE WESTERN HALF OF
NEBRASKA WHERE 1 TO 3 INCHES WILL BE POSSIBLE TODAY. FOR
TONIGHT...SHOWERS WILL AGAIN BE LIKELY OVER IOWA...EASTERN
NEBRASKA AND NORTHERN MISSOURI. SNOW WILL AGAIN BE POSSIBLE OVER
PARTS OF WESTERN NEBRASKA TONIGHT WITH ONLY LIGHT AMOUNTS
EXPECTED.

HIGHS TODAY ARE EXPECTED TO RANGE FROM THE UPPER 30S OVER FAR
WESTERN NEBRASKA...TO THE UPPER 70S OVER SOUTHERN MISSOURI. LOOK
FOR OVERNIGHT LOWS TO RANGE FROM THE 30S OVER WESTERN NEBRASKA AND
WESTERN KANSAS...TO THE 40S OVER THE REMAINDER OF THE PLAINS.
