MOSTLY CLEAR AND RELATIVELY MILD CONDITIONS PREVAILED OVERNIGHT
ACROSS THE EASTERN HALF OF KANSAS. PREDAWN TEMPERATURES WERE IN THE
50S TO NEAR 60 DEGREES...ABOUT 10 TO 15 DEGREES WARMER THAN SEASONAL
NORMALS.

A STORM SYSTEM APPROACHING FROM THE WEST WILL SPREAD AREAS OF RAIN
AND PERHAPS A FEW THUNDERSTORMS INTO THE REGION TODAY. ACTIVITY WILL
LIKELY BE MOST WIDESPREAD ACROSS PORTIONS OF NEBRASKA...AND CENTRAL
THROUGH NORTHERN KANSAS THIS AFTERNOON...WHERE RAINFALL AMOUNTS MAY
EXCEED ONE-QUARTER OF AN INCH. FORECAST HIGH TEMPERATURES ARE MOSTLY
IN THE 70S.

AREAS OF RAIN AND PERHAPS A FEW THUNDERSTORMS WILL SPREAD INTO
EASTERN KANSAS TONIGHT. RAINFALL AMOUNTS MAY EXCEED ONE-QUARTER OF
AN INCH. FORECAST LOW TEMPERATURES WILL ONCE AGAIN BE RELATIVELY
MILD FOR THIS TIME OF YEAR IN THE 50S TO NEAR 60 DEGREES.
