AS THE RAIN SHOWERS END BY MID MORNING...WINDS WILL CONTINUE TO
INCREASE FROM THE SOUTH. SUSTAINED WINDS MAY REACH NEAR 30 MPH FOR
A PERIOD AS THE SHOWERS END..WITH GUSTS TO 40 MPH ALSO POSSIBLE.
AFTER 11 AM...WINDS WILL BE SLIGHTLY WEAKER...BUT STILL SUSTAINED
AROUND 20 MPH...GUSTING TO 35 MPH FROM THE SOUTH.

DRIVERS OF HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES WILL NEED TO PREPARE FOR
CHALLENGING DRIVING CONDITIONS...ESPECIALLY ON WEST TO EAST ROADS
