HIGH MOISTURE LEVELS IN THE ATMOSPHERE COMBINED WITH LIGHT WINDS
HAVE ALLOWED PATCHY FOG TO DEVELOP. THE FOG MAY BE LOCALLY DENSE
WITH VISIBILITIES OF ONE QUARTER MILE OR LESS.

MOTORISTS SHOULD EXERCISE CAUTION WHILE TRAVELING EARLY THIS
MORNING AS VISIBILITIES MAY CHANGE SUDDENLY OVER SHORT DISTANCES.

THE FOG SHOULD START LIFTING SHORTLY AFTER SUNRISE.
