Sawtooth Mountains-Big and Little Wood River Region-
Including the cities of Stanley, Clayton, Hailey, Ketchum,
and Bellevue
200 PM MST Mon Nov 13 2017

...Light to moderate snowfall expected across the Sawtooth and
Big Wood River regions above 6000 feet tonight and Tuesday...

A Pacific storm system will spread into the central mountains late
this evening generating 4 to 8 inches of snow accumulation across
the Sawtooth and Big Wood River regions above 6000 ft MSL through Tuesday.
Lower elevations will see anywhere from a trace to 4 inches of
accumulation due to fluctuating snow levels. Brief impacts to
travel are possible Tuesday morning especially over Banner and
Galena Summits as well as within the Stanley basin.

Those with outdoor interests or planning travel should be
prepared for winter weather conditions. This includes dressing
appropriately for the cold, preparing your vehicle with a winter
weather kit, being prepared to slow down for adverse weather
conditions, and leaving enough space between you and the car
ahead of you.
