WYOMING THIS MORNING...AND WILL CONTINUE TO INCREASE THROUGH THIS
AFTERNOON. THESE STORMS WILL BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING HEAVY RAIN...
SMALL HAIL AND FREQUENT LIGHTNING. THESE STORMS WILL MOVE TO THE
SOUTHEAST AT 15 TO 25 MPH TODAY.
