ACROSS WESTERN UPPER MICHIGAN AND FAR NORTHERN WISCONSIN...WITH
ACCUMULATIONS UNDER AN INCH. SOME PATCHY BLOWING SNOW IS ALSO
POSSIBLE OVER MINNESOTA AND WESTERN WISCONSIN THIS EVENING.
OTHERWISE...DRY...BLUSTERY AND COLD CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED ACROSS
THE REGION. LOW TEMPERATURES WILL RANGE FROM 5 TO 15 DEGREES BELOW
ZERO OVER NORTHERN MINNESOTA AND THE NORTHWEST HALF OF
WISCONSIN...TO AROUND 10 DEGREES ACROSS FAR SOUTHEAST WISCONSIN
AND FAR NORTHEAST ILLINOIS. WIND CHILLS BETWEEN 15 AND 25 BELOW
ZERO ARE EXPECTED FOR THE NORTHWEST HALF OF THE REGION.

FOR WEDNESDAY...LAKE EFFECT SNOW SHOWERS ARE LIKELY ACROSS WESTERN
UPPER MICHIGAN...WITH AN INCH OR TWO OF ACCUMULATION POSSIBLE.
THERE IS A CHANCE OF FLURRIES OR SNOW SHOWERS ACROSS FAR NORTHERN
WISCONSIN. OTHERWISE...A COLD AND BLUSTERY DAY IS EXPECTED FOR THE
REGION. HIGH TEMPERATURES WILL RANGE FROM ZERO TO 10 ABOVE ACROSS
THE NORTH...TO 10 TO 20 OVER THE SOUTH. BELOW ZERO WIND CHILLS
ARE EXPECTED THROUGH THE DAY FOR MOST LOCATIONS.
