.DISCUSSION...DRY...BREEZY TO WINDY...AND WARM WITH LOW
HUMIDITY TODAY. THUS THE RED FLAG WARNING. A DRY COLD FRONT
WILL MOVE THROUGH THE AREA AFTER SUNSET THIS EVENING. THE
WIND WILL NOT SHIFT MUCH AT ALL WITH THE FRONTAL PASSAGE.
TUESDAY WILL BE DRY WITH COOLER TEMPERATURES...7 TO 10 DEGREES
COOLER.  HOWEVER...THE AFTERNOON HUMIDITY WILL STILL BE LOW
AS THE WEST WIND PICKS UP AGAIN. ON TUESDAY EVENING...THE
WIND WILL DECREASE AND TURN UPVALLEY AROUND MIDNIGHT. THIS
WILL INCREASE THE HUMIDITY QUITE A BIT ALONG WITH COOLER
