WIND RIVER BASIN-
852 AM MST SUN NOV 16 2014

...FOG IN THE NORTHERN PORTION OF THE WIND RIVER BASIN THIS
MORNING...

THE COMBINED CONTRIBUTION OF FRESH SNOW COVER AND THE STILL OPEN
WATERS OF BOYSEN RESERVOIR AND OCEAN LAKE HAS CAUSED FOG TO DEVELOP.
THE RELATIVELY WARMER WATERS CLASHING WITH THE COLD ARCTIC IN PLACE
HAS RESULTED IN AN EXTENSIVE AREA OF FOG TO DEVELOP ACROSS THE
NORTHERN PORTION OF THE WIND RIVER BASIN. LOCAL AREAS WILL HAVE FOG
DENSE ENOUGH TO DROP THE VISIBILITY TO ONE HALF OF A MILE OR LESS.
THE FOG SHOULD BEGIN TO DISSIPATE AROUND 11 AM THIS MORNING. IF OUT
DRIVING ALONG MISSOURI VALLEY AND EIGHT MILE ROADS AS WELL AS ALONG
HIGHWAY 789 NORTH OF RIVERTON TO BOYSEN RESERVOIR...ANTICIPATE
RAPIDLY FLUCTUATING VISIBILITY AND ALLOW ENOUGH TIME TO REACH YOUR
DESTINATION.
