...A Flood Warning continues for portions of the following rivers in
Indiana...

  Wabash River...White River...


.Lowland river flooding continues along the Wabash River in western
Indiana from Lafayette to near Vincennes and along the White River
from Anderson down to Ravenswood. River levels are expected to
rise again through the end of May and beginning of June. Less than a
tenth of an inch up to 1.75 inches fell across central Indiana
Friday evening and another half an inch up to two inches possible
through Sunday night. This latest high water is not nearly as
extensive as the floods of the first half of May.



Precautionary/Preparedness Actions...

Motorists should never drive into flood water. Turn around and go
another way. Keep children away from flooded areas. Recreational and
agricultural interests should remain alert to changing river
conditions.

The Flood Warning continues for
  The White River at Anderson.
* until Monday morning.
* At 10:30 PM Friday the stage was 8.0 feet.
* Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...Rise above flood stage by tomorrow late morning and
  continue to rise to near 12.5 feet by early Sunday morning.  The
  river will fall below flood stage by Sunday before midnight.
* At 13.0 feet...Flood waters close Edgewood Park and Grand Avenue
  between Alexandria Pike and Broadway.  If river is rising at this
  level, the City of Anderson notifies residents along Hazlett
  Street, near W 1st Street and Madison Avenue, near W 2nd Street and
  Sycamore Street, and along Riverside Drive to prepare for
  sandbagging operations and possible evacuations.

The Flood Warning continues for
  The White River at Noblesville.
* from Saturday afternoon to Monday evening.
* At  9:45 PM Friday the stage was 13.1 feet.
* Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...Rise above flood stage by tomorrow early afternoon and
  continue to rise to near 16.7 feet by Sunday early afternoon.  The
  river will fall below flood stage by late Monday morning.
* At 17.0 feet...Extensive flooding occurs in both Riverbend and White
  River campgrounds.  High water affects two businesses near SR 19 on
  the west side of Noblesville.  Roads in residential areas of
  Riverwood, Clare, and Strawtown begin to flood.  Flooding of roads
  begins in residential areas of Trails End near E 116th Street, near
  East 146th Street, and in gravel pit areas along the White River
  from East 96th Street north to Noblesville.

  The Wabash River at Lafayette.
* until further notice.
* At 10:31 PM Friday the stage was 12.2 feet.
* Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 15.5 feet by
  early Monday morning then begin falling.
* At 16.0 feet...Lowland flooding is in progress.  Flood waters near
  SR 225 between Old SR 25 and Battleground.  Warren CR 350 N near
  Black Rock Preserve and Tippecanoe CR 950 W in the Wabash Bottoms,
  Janssen Tract area may be impassable.  Fort Ouiatenon grounds begin
  to flood.  Flooding at the Grandville Public Access site.

* until Saturday June 03.
* At  9:45 PM Friday the stage was 16.9 feet.
* Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 19.6 feet by
  early Tuesday morning. The river will fall below flood stage Friday
  early afternoon.
* At 20.0 feet...A few county roads begin to flood.  Higher
  bottomlands begin to flood.  The first cottage upstream from U.S.
  136 bridge may become isolated by high water.

* At  9:45 PM Friday the stage was 17.5 feet.
* Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 19.2 feet by
  Tuesday early afternoon. The river will fall below flood stage
  Saturday evening.
* At 20.0 feet...Park in southern Montezuma begins to flood.  Higher
  bottomlands begin to flood.  Water backs up most local tributaries.
  River water is at the top of some private levees.  Lowest county
  roads begin to flood.  Parke CR 75 W begins to flood.

* Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
* Forecast...The river is forecast to have a maximum value of 19.2
  feet Tuesday early afternoon.
* At 20.0 feet...Low bottomlands flood.  Water begins to back up local
  tributaries.  River road near Mecca is impassable.  Higher county
  roads and bottomlands begin to flood.

  The Wabash River at Terre Haute.
* until Sunday June 04.
* At 10:00 PM Friday the stage was 17.5 feet.
* Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will continue to fall to below flood stage by
  Sunday morning.
* At 18.0 feet...Residential property of about 50 river cabins begin
  to flood.  North Lake and Izaak Walton Areas near West Terre Haute
  begin to flood.  Flooding closes more county roads.  Lowland
  agricultural flooding is in progress.

The Flood Warning continues for
  The Wabash River at Hutsonville Legacy Power Plant Site.
* until further notice.
* Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
* Forecast...The river is forecast to have a maximum value of 19.8
  feet tomorrow morning.
* At 20.0 feet...Leaverton Park in Palestine and park in Hutsonville
  begin to flood.  Agricultural flooding spreads to higher land.
  Seep water is noticeable behind levees.  Some elevated river
  cottages are surrounded by water.  Several county or township roads
  east of Lincoln Heritage Trail between Palestine and Hutsonville in
  Crawford County Illinois are impassable.

* Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 18.4 feet by
  tomorrow early afternoon then begin falling.
* At 18.5 feet...High water surrounds elevated river cabins.  County
  roads to these cabins are impassable.  Agricultural flooding is in
  progress.  Seep water develops behind levees.

* At  9:45 PM Friday the stage was 15.6 feet.
* Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
* Forecast...The river will crest below flood stage at 15.9 feet
  early Sunday morning.
* At 16.0 feet...Some flooding at Kimmell Park in Vincennes.
  Agricultural lands flood in the St. Francisville, Illinois area.
