  Tennessee River at Perryville affecting Decatur and Perry Counties


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

The next River Statement will be issued tomorrow morning or sooner if conditions
warrant.

For graphical river and flood information...please go to
www.weather.gov and click near Memphis on the map. Then select Rivers
and Lakes AHPS under current conditions.

Do not drive through flooded areas...turn around don`t drown.

Stay tuned to your weather radio and your local news media for the
latest river information.

The Flood Advisory continues for
  the Tennessee River at Perryville
* until Friday April 28.
* At 04 PM Tuesday the stage was 362.2 feet.
* Flood stage is 365.0 feet.
* Forecast...The river will rise to near 363.7 feet Thursday April
  27.
* At 363.5 feet...In Decatur County, water inundates the boat launch
  area at the north end of Woodlawn Shores Road in Cherokee Heights,
  and the low lying areas of the boat launch at the end of Brodies
  Landing Road. North end of Miracle Road in Fisher Landing is
  flooding. Evacuation road from Beech Bend Park boat parking lot
  becomes flooded.
