THE SHORT TERM FORECAST FOR THE WESTERN SOUTHERN TIER. AREAS OF
VALLEY FOG WILL CONTINUE THROUGH MID MORNING. THE MOST WIDESPREAD
FOG WILL BE FOUND ALONG THE UPPER ALLEGHENY AND UPPER GENESEE
RIVERS AND THEIR TRIBUTARIES. VISIBILITY WILL BE REDUCED TO LESS
THAN A HALF MILE IN SOME LOCATIONS. THE FOG IS EXPECTED TO BURN
OFF BY AROUND 930 AM.
