RIO GRANDE PLAINS...SOUTHERN COASTAL BEND...AND THE
BAYS...WATERWAYS...AND NEARSHORE WATERS SOUTH OF PORT ARANSAS.
RAINFALL WILL GRADUALLY END FROM NORTH TO SOUTH BY NOON. FURTHER
RAINFALL AMOUNTS WILL NOT EXCEED A TENTH OF AN INCH IN MOST AREAS.
HOWEVER...THERE MAY STILL BE SOME STANDING WATER ON ROADWAYS DUE
TO HEAVY RAINFALL EARLIER THIS MORNING. IF YOU ENCOUNTER HIGH
WATER...DO NOT ATTEMPT TO DRIVE THROUGH IT!
