THESE STORMS WERE FORMING ALONG A SURFACE BOUNDARY DRAPED ACROSS
THE REGION...AND MOVING EAST SOUTHEAST AT APPROXIMATELY 20 TO 25
MILES PER HOUR. BRIEF PERIODS OF MODERATE TO HEAVY
RAINFALL...SMALL HAIL...GUSTY WINDS...AND LIGHTNING MAY ACCOMPANY
