At 9 AM, areas of fog continue across the Central Willamette
valley and north to the Lower Columbia River corridor.
Visibilities are locally a quarter mile or less. Additionally,
temperatures are near freezing in some locations, and could cause
slick spots to form on roadways and sidewalks. Slow down and use
caution if driving in foggy areas this morning.
