A COLD FRONT SWEEPING OUT OF THE NORTHERN PLAINS AND ACROSS THE
UPPER GREAT LAKES WAS BRINGING GUSTY WINDS AND COOLING TEMPERATURES
TO THE REGION DURING THE EARLY EVENING HOURS. BY MID
EVENING...TEMPERATURES HAD ALREADY FALLEN INTO THE LOWER TEENS AND
SINGLE DIGITS ACROSS MINNESOTA AND NORTHERN IOWA.

TEMPERATURES WILL FALL TO AROUND ZERO DURING THE OVERNIGHT HOURS AND
...WITH THE GUSTY NORTHWEST WINDS...MUCH OF THE REGION WILL SEE WIND
CHILLS IN THE TEENS AND 20S BELOW ZERO BY SUNRISE.

THE OUTLOOK FOR WEDNESDAY...TEMPERATURES WILL NOT CLIMB MUCH AND
WILL ONLY MANAGE TO REACH THE SINGLE DIGITS TO MID TEENS. A BITTER
AND TIMES GUSTY NORTHWEST WIND WILL KEEP WIND CHILLS IN THE SUB-ZERO
RANGE.
