Overnight, portions of the Central High Plains saw some showers and
thunderstorms with temperatures in the 60s and 70s areawide. At 4AM MDT,
a temperature of 61 degrees was observed at the National Weather
Service in Goodland, KS.


OUTLOOK... For today, there will be a chance of showers and
thunderstorms across the Central High Plains. The entire area will
be under a Slight Risk for severe weather. Main threats will be
damaging wind and large hail. Highs will be in the low to mid 90s.
Looking ahead, there will be a chance for showers and
thunderstorms each day this week, predominately in the afternoon
and evenings.
