IT WAS SUNNY OVER THE HIGH PLAINS EARLY THIS AFTERNOON. WINDS WERE
FROM THE SOUTHEAST AT 10 TO 20 MPH. TEMPERATURES WERE IN THE
UPPER 60S TO THE UPPER 70S...AND RANGED FROM 69 DEGREES FROM
FLAGLER COLORADO TO 79 DEGREES AT HILL CITY KANSAS.

OUTLOOK... FOG WILL DEVELOP LATE TONIGHT ACROSS THE TRI-STATE
AREA. OTHERWISE...HIGH PRESSURE WILL BRING DRY WEATHER ACROSS THE
HIGH PLAINS THROUGH TUESDAY NIGHT. LOW PRESSURE AND AN ASSOCIATED
COLD FRONT WILL MOVE THROUGH THE TRI-STATE REGION WEDNESDAY AND
WEDNESDAY NIGHT...BRINGING A CHANCE OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS.
IT WILL BE DRY AGAIN LATER IN THE WEEK. HIGH TEMPERATURES WILL BE
IN THE LOWER TO MID 70S...ABOUT 10 DEGREES ABOVE NORMAL.
