RIVER VALLEY...TO MID TO UPPER 30S ACROSS THE REST OF THE REGION.
WINDS WERE BREEZY...ESPECIALLY ACROSS NORTH CENTRAL AND
SOUTHWESTERN NEBRASKA...WHERE NORTHWEST WINDS OF 15 TO 35 MILES
PER HOUR...AND GUSTS APPROACHING 45 MILES PER HOUR WERE SEEN.


TODAY...AN ALBERTA CLIPPER WILL MOVE OUT OF EASTERN SOUTH DAKOTA
AND INTO IOWA LATER TODAY...BRINGING WITH IT BREEZY NORTHWEST
WINDS OF 10 TO 25 MILES PER HOUR...AND GUST AS HIGH AS 35 MILES
