BLIZZARD CONDITIONS CONTINUE THIS MORNING WITH MANY ROADS
EXPERIENCING WHITEOUTS OVER SOUTHWESTERN AND SOUTHERN MINNESOTA.
AREAS OF BLOWING SNOW ARE ALSO ONGOING OVER MUCH OF CENTRAL THROUGH
SOUTHEAST MINNESOTA. THESE TRAVEL HAZARDS WILL PERSIST INTO THE
EARLY AFTERNOON HOURS THEN CONDITIONS WILL GRADUALLY IMPROVE AS SNOW
ENDS FROM WEST TO EAST ACROSS THE STATE AND WINDS SLOWLY DIMINISH.

HIGH PRESSURE WILL MOVE IN FROM THE NORTHWEST TONIGHT INTO
TOMORROW...LEADING TO GRADUAL CLEARING SKIES BUT WITH CONTINUED COLD
TEMPERATURES. THE COLD AIR WILL THEN REMAIN IN PLACE THROUGH THE
REST OF THE WEEK AS WILL PRECIPITATION-FREE WEATHER. HIGHS WILL
GENERALLY RUN IN THE SINGLE DIGITS AND TEENS WHILE LOWS WILL RUN
BELOW ZERO THROUGH MIDWEEK THEN SLOWLY RISE TO ABOVE THE ZERO DEGREE
MARK.
