AREAS OF FOG THIS MORNING WILL GIVE WAY TO PLENTY OF SUNSHINE BY
THIS AFTERNOON...ALLOWING TEMPERATURES TO RISE FROM THE 60S THIS
MORNING TO THE LOWER TO MIDDLE 80S IN EASTERN MINNESOTA AND THE
UPPER 80S TO LOWER 90S IN WESTERN MINNESOTA.

CLOUDS WILL SLOWLY INCREASE LATE TONIGHT THROUGH FRIDAY AHEAD OF A
SLOW-MOVING WEATHER SYSTEM THAT WILL IMPACT THE STATE THROUGH THE
WEEKEND. PERIODS OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS CAN BE EXPECTED OVER
THE WEEKEND...EVENTUALLY ENDING LATE SUNDAY NIGHT AS A COLD FRONT
PUSHES THROUGH THE REGION.

WARM AND HUMID CONDITIONS WILL REMAIN IN PLACE THROUGH SUNDAY...
INCLUDING HEAT INDEX VALUES IN THE LOWER TO MIDDLE 90S BOTH FRIDAY
AND SATURDAY. MUCH COOLER AND DRIER CONDITIONS WILL PREVAIL STARTING
ON LABOR DAY...LASTING THROUGH MUCH OF NEXT WEEK.
