SOUTHWEST WINDS OF 10 TO 20 MPH...WITH GUSTS AROUND 25 MPH ARE
EXPECTED LATE THIS MORNING THROUGH THIS AFTERNOON. THESE WINDS
COMBINED WITH A VERY WARM AND DRY AIRMASS WILL RESULT IN AN
ELEVATED FIRE DANGER ACROSS THE AREA LATE THIS MORNING THROUGH
THIS AFTERNOON. WHERE DEAD GRASS OR DEEP LEAF LITTER
REMAIN...FIRES COULD START EASILY AND SPREAD QUICKLY. OUTDOOR
BURNING SHOULD BE AVOIDED.
