PATCHY DENSE FOG WITH OCCASIONAL VISIBILITY REDUCTIONS DOWN TO
ONE QUARTER MILE ARE POSSIBLE EARLY THIS MORNING ACROSS PORTIONS
OF SOUTH CENTRAL AND SOUTHEAST MINNESOTA AND WEST CENTRAL
WISCONSIN. MOTORISTS ARE ENCOURAGED TO BE PREPARED FOR RAPID
CHANGES IN VISIBILITY...ESPECIALLY ALONG INTERSTATE 35 FROM
LAKEVILLE TO THE IOWA BORDER...AND ALONG INTERSTATE 94 FROM ST
PAUL TO MENOMONIE AND EAU CLAIRE. THE VISIBILITY IS EXPECTED TO
IMPROVE AFTER SUNRISE.
