Including the cities of Minneapolis, St Paul, Stillwater,
Shakopee, Hastings, Le Sueur, Faribault, Red Wing, St James,
Mankato, Waseca, Owatonna, Fairmont, Blue Earth, Albert Lea,
Hudson, River Falls, Prescott, Menomonie, Durand, Chippewa Falls,
and Eau Claire

...Areas of Frost Overnight and Monday Morning...

Mostly clear skies, light winds, and low temperatures in the mid
30s will combine to result in the development of frost overnight
and Monday morning. The greatest threat will be in low lying and
sheltered areas.

Take precautions to protect tender vegetation from this threat
for frost.
