...Light snow changing to rain overnight and patchy icy roads...

Light snow is expected above 6000 feet elevation and will
accumulate 2 to 4 inches on mountain passes including Pine Creek
Pass, Georgetown Summit, and Emigration Summit. Rising snow levels
are expected, reaching 6300 feet elevation near Island Park and
near 7500 feet elevation around Montpelier. Therefore, snow will
be changing over to rain and gradually ending towards Tuesday
morning. Expect some local icy roads that will make driving
difficult.
