...A SPECIAL MARINE WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 200 PM CDT...

For the following areas...
Sabine Lake...

At 104 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 9 nm northwest of
Port Arthur, moving northeast at 25 knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts in excess of 50 knots and large destructive
         hail.

SOURCE...Public.

IMPACT...Boats could suffer significant structural damage in high
         winds and hail. Small craft could capsize in suddenly
         higher waves.

Locations impacted include...
Port Arthur.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 700 PM CDT for southwestern
Louisiana...southeastern Texas...and the adjacent coastal waters.

Move to safe harbor until hazardous weather passes.

Boaters should seek safe harbor immediately until this storm passes.
Wind gusts in excess of 50 knots, large destructive hail, high waves,
dangerous lightning, and heavy rain are possible with this storm.

Frequent lightning is occurring with this storm. If caught on the
open water stay below deck if possible, keep away from ungrounded
metal objects.
