PANHANDLE AS WELL AS THE NORTHERN AND WESTERN TEXAS PANHANDLE
THROUGH 8:30 AM. THESE STORMS ARE EXPECTED TO MOVE SLOWLY TO THE
EAST AT 15 MPH. EMBEDDED STRONGER STORMS COULD PRODUCE BRIEF HEAVY
RAIN WHICH COULD LEAD TO LOCALIZED FLOODING. ADDITIONAL RAINFALL
AMOUNTS OF 1 TO 2 INCHES WILL BE POSSIBLE THROUGH THE LATE MORNING
HOURS. IF YOU SEE WATER ON THE ROAD...TURN AROUND DON`T DROWN.
