WILL MOVE NORTH NORTHEAST OVER THE DEEP SOUTH TEXAS COASTAL
WATERS. THE HEAVIEST RAINFALL WILL OCCUR BETWEEN 20 AND 60 MILES
EAST OF THE COASTLINE WITH MORE ISOLATED ACTIVITY OVER THE
NEARSHORE WATERS EAST OF CAMERON COUNTY. GUSTY WINDS OVER 30 MPH
AND DANGEROUS LIGHTNING STRIKES CAN ALSO BE EXPECTED.
