DEVELOPING ACROSS PORTIONS OF LUNA AND DONA ANA COUNTIES. THESE
STORMS WERE MOVING TO THE NORTHEAST BETWEEN 10 TO 15 MPH. RADAR
ESTIMATES RAINFALL AMOUNTS CLOSE TO AN INCH OF RAIN... WIND GUSTS
AROUND 40 MPH... SMALL HAIL AND FLOODING OF LOW LYING AREAS IS
POSSIBLE WITH THESE STORMS. A FEW STRONG THUNDERSTORMS COULD
DEVELOP IN THE NEXT FEW HOURS WITH STRONGER FEATURES.
