WIDESPREAD LIGHT TO MODERATE RAIN SHOWERS WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE
ACROSS SOUTHERN NEW MEXICO AND FAR WEST TEXAS FROM THE SOUTH-
SOUTHWEST DURING THE OVERNIGHT HOURS. RAINFALL RATES WILL
GENERALLY BE A TENTH OF AN INCH PER HOUR WITH A FEW LOCATIONS
EXPERIENCING A QUARTER OF AN INCH PER HOUR. OVERNIGHT TOTALS WILL
RANGE FROM A QUARTER OF AN INCH TO MORE THAN A HALF INCH. THERE
WILL ALSO BE FOG AT TIMES IN A FEW SPOTS WITH VISIBILITIES BRIEFLY
DROPPING TO 1/4 MILE.

ALTHOUGH RAIN OR RAIN MIXED WITH SNOW HAS BEEN THE RULE THIS
EVENING IN THE MOUNTAINS OF SOUTH CENTRAL AND SOUTHWEST NEW
MEXICO...THE SNOW LEVEL SHOULD DROP TO 8000 FEET AND AT TIMES
DOWN TO 7000 FEET OVERNIGHT. THIS COULD RESULT IN SNOWFALL TOTALS
FROM 4 TO 6 INCHES BY SUNRISE...THOUGH DUE TO THE WET NATURE OF
THE SNOW THERE MAY NOT BE ACCUMULATIONS EQUAL TO THE SNOWFALL
AMOUNTS. AREAS OF FOG ARE ALSO POSSIBLE WITH VISIBILITIES AT TIMES
DROPPING TO 1/4 MILE.
