Offshore waters forecast for Gulf of Alaska east of 144W

Wind forecasts reflect the predominant speed and direction
expected. Sea forecasts represent the average of the highest
one-third of the combined windwave and swell height.

A weather front in the eastern gulf will lift northwest into the
northern gulf today. Its parent low will track northeast into
the eastern gulf Saturday night and then dissipate around Prince
of Wales Island Sunday night. A ridge of high pressure builds
across the central gulf Sunday.
