A little warmer Friday with high temperatures in the seventies. Then
turning cooler for the weekend and into Monday with highs in the
fifties and sixties. Still cooler for the middle of next week with
highs in the fifties.

Some showers will move north into the Red River Valley for Friday
night into Saturday. Generally less than a quarter of an inch is
forecast over north central Minnesota. Much less rain is expected
over eastern North Dakota. Scattered showers are expected for Sunday
night into Monday across the Red River Valley. Generally less than a
tenth of an inch is forecast.

A trough of low pressure was located over the High Plains from
Alberta to Wyoming. The low pressure system will move into
Saskatchewan and the far western Dakotas by Friday afternoon.
Another breezy day is forecast for Friday with a south wind at 20 to
30 mph.
