National Weather Service New York NY
358 PM EST Wed Dec 7 2016

Weak high pressure will build into the region tonight, allowing
for generally dry conditions. Under partly to mostly cloudy skies
tonight, overnight lows will range from the upper 20s to the mid
30s, near normal for this time of year.

Temperatures on Thursday will rise into the low to mid 40s ahead
of an approaching cold front. As the front crosses the area, it
will usher in much colder temperatures and breezy conditions for
Friday, along with a few snow showers or flurries. Highs on
Friday will only climb into the mid to upper 30s with overnight
lows ranging from the upper teens in outlying areas to the upper
20s in the city. The cold conditions will continue into the day
on Saturday, with temperatures around 10 degrees below normal.
