Clouds will continue to increase tonight as an area of low
pressure approaches from the south. Rain will overspread the area
late tonight and continue into the day on Monday before tapering
off from west to east Monday afternoon. A few embedded
thunderstorms are possible during the day on Monday as well. With
plenty of cloud cover, high temperatures will only rise to around
60, 10 to 15 degrees below normal for late May.

Dry weather will return for Monday night into the first part of
the day on Tuesday before an approaching cold front brings a
chance of showers and thunderstorms to the region Tuesday
afternoon and evening. Highs on Tuesday will range from the upper
60s to lower 70s, a few degrees below normal.
