Regional Weather Summary
National Weather Service Norman OK
903 AM CDT SAT JUL 23 2016

This morning, the skies were clear across the western two thirds
of Oklahoma and western north Texas, as high pressure continued
across our region. Seasonably normal night temperatures continued,
with lows in the lower to mid 70s. Low surface pressure across the
central high plains kept our winds out of the south at 5 to 10
mph. By sunrise, some high clouds off the central plains had began
to spread into far northwest Oklahoma.

At 9 am, the skies were sunny across our region, with just a few
high clouds in our far northwest. Our temperatures had so far
risen into the lower to mid 80s, with south winds at 10 to 15 mph.
