...A LINE OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL AFFECT EASTERN LEWIS...
SOUTHEASTERN ADAMS AND CENTRAL SCIOTO COUNTIES UNTIL MIDNIGHT EST...

At 1134 PM EST, radar indicated strong thunderstorms along a line
extending from near Rome to near Vanceburg to near Triplett, moving
northeast at 55 mph.

STORM HAZARDS INCLUDE...
Winds to 50 mph...
Pea size hail...

Locations impacted include...
Portsmouth, Wheelersburg, New Boston, Vanceburg, Head of Grassy,
Rosemount, Clarktown, Camp Dix, Sciotodale, Sandy Springs, Buena
Vista in Scioto County, Saint Paul, Minford, Firebrick, Harris, West
Portsmouth, Tannery, Emerson, Turkey Creek Lake and Friendship.

Residents in these areas should remain alert. If these storms become
stronger, then a warning may be needed.
