At 1248 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Middleburg. This storm was nearly stationary.

Wind gusts of 35 to 50 mph can be expected along with possible minor
wind damage. Frequent lightning is also expected.

Middleburg.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
